Morgenstedet is a vegetarian club, which is working in the production of a very balanced vegetarian and ecological food, for the people of Christiania's Community, as well as for the many thousands of friends and tourists, who visit our free town every year.
Regarding to this, it's our wish to bring a good meal to our customers, which is made with the best ecological and absolutely fresh vegetables from the Danish farm.
In our kitchen, the food is made with products, which are approx. 92% on the ecological level.
Nevertheless, Morgenstedet's delicious menu is not expensive at all, but very much accessible, so every one can try it.
